Before you attend orientation at Westinghouse, you will need to do the following:

• Click on the links below and complete the documents – Any questions will be answered during orientation
• Print the Documents
• Sign the Forms Document on the last page
• Complete the W-4 form. You ONLY need to complete the section under Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate – numbers 1 through 7 and you must sign the form - Do NOT cut the bottom section off as indicated on form
